Parking
Where to park, summer enforcement hours and resident permits.
Department: Public Works
Laguna Beach welcomes over six million visitors a year, and parking is busiest from late June through Labor Day. During the summer parking season (June 22 to September 7, 2026), parking enforcement hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Park once, ride free
On busy days, park at a free outlying lot and take the trolley into town. See the trolley page for routes and the Summer Breeze service.
